The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of Thomas Harley< no role > and Brass Crosby< no role > Esquires two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace of the City of London and Libertys thereof (one
whereof being of the Quourm) bearing date the 25th day of May last
Susanna Daniel< no role > This name instance is in set 909. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . and her Male Bastard Child Joseph < no role > Aged Two years
and upwards (for Nurture) were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate London to the said Parish
of Saint Luke Middlesex

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said two
Justices Do humbly Appeal against the same And
pray that this Court will be pleased to mad such
Order in the Premisses for the Relief of Your Petitioners
as they shall seem meet.
