Take Notice that the Defendant will appear at
the next General Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden
for the City of London at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
on Wednesday the Twenty Ninth day of this Instant April
and then and there Plead Not Guilty to the Indictment
Preferred against him for Perjury at the last Sessions
and that he will also at the same next Sessions take his
Tryall upon the said Indictment Dated this 16th. day
of April 1767 -
