To the Right Honourable George Nelson< no role > Esquire
Lord Mayor of the City of London & the rest of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace of the said City in their
General Quarter Session Assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of Sir Samuel Hudyer< no role > Knight &
Baronet and Sir Henry Banks< no role > Esquire Knight Two of His Majestys
Justices of the peace for the City of London (one whereof
being of the Quorum bearing date the 26th. day of February
1766. Susanna Cross< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the
Parish of St. Sepulchre in the City of London to the Parish
of St. Sepulchre in said County of Middlesex whereby Your
Petitioner conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore Appeal
against the said Order or Pass Warrant
and humbly pray that the Benefit of
the said Appeal may be reserved untill
the next General Session of the peace & to
be releived in the Premisses as to your
Lordship and this Honourable Court shall
seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever
pray Etc.
