Be pleased, to take Notice That I will personally appear and Surrender
at this present Sessions of Oyer and Terminer and Goal delivery of Newgate
new holden at Justices Hall in the old Bailey in and for the City of
London on friday next at four of the Clock in the afternoon of the
Same day And will then and there plead Not Guilty to the Indictment by
You Preserr'd against me at the last Sessions for Felony and will at
the same time (or as Soon after. as the Court shall think proper)
Take my Tryal on the said Indictmt. Dated the Seventeenth day of
December 1766 .
