William Lloyd< no role > the Defendant in this Cause
Maketh Oath and Saith that Samuel Hanbury< no role > and
John Foster< no role > , who are employd in the Forling business
at Westchester were in Company with this Deponent
and William Duft< no role > deceased for the forging and
Publishing of whose Will the Defendant now Stands
Indicted, and saw the said William Duft< no role > deliver the
said Will to him this Deponent. That about Six
Weeks ago he this Deponent saw the said Samuel
Hanbury and John Foster< no role > at West Chester
That on his being Apprehended at Bristol he
wrote to than and received for Answer that they
wou'd attend at his Trial and give Evidence on his
behalf. That since his being removed to Newgate
that is to say about ten days Since he again wrote to
them at Westchester but as get hath received no
Answer. That the said Samuel Hanbury< no role > and
John Foster< no role > as he this Deponent Apprehends are
very Material Witnesses on his behalf and without
whose Testimony he cannot lately proceed to Trial
and verily believe that at the next Session of Gaol
Delivery to be holden for this City. they will be present
and Testify on his behalf as aforesaid.
