on the 21st. of Decr. Inst. agt. the form of the Statute in that Case made
and provided, And this Informent William Orton< no role > for himself
farther says that he apprehended the said Bankrupt Yesterday
at Dover in the County of Kent he intendingas he verily believes
to make his Escape out of this Kingdom, his Portmantau with
his apparell having been as he was informed and verily believes
put on Board a Pacquet Boat for that purpose
