under the great Seal of great Britain

Who being upon Oath severally say that a Commission of
Bankruptey under the great Seal of great Britain bearing date
at Westminster the 17th. day of Sepr. last was awarded against
Kinsey Tyrer< no role > late of Blewits Buildings aforesaid Dealer and
Chapman, and that the Commissioners or the Major part of them
Named in said Commission did meet at Symonds Inn Coffee
house in Chancery Lane on the 20th. day of Sepr. aforesd. and declare
the said Kinsey Tyrer to be a Bankrupt and farther say that
they did direct Notices to be incerted in the London Gazett appointing
the days for the Surrender and examination of the sd. Bankrupt
vizt. on the 24th. and 27th. of Sept. then inst. and on the 2d. day
of Novr. then next and these Informants farther say that the said
Notices were incerted in the London Gazett agreeable to the said
directions and these Informant farther say that pursuant to an Order
made by the Rt. Honble Robert Earl of Northington Lord High
Chancellor of great Britain for enlarging the time of the said
Kinsey Tyrer< no role > 's surrendering himself and making a full disclosure
of and discover of his Estate and effects for forty nine days
to be computed from the said Second day of November of which Notice
was incerted in the London Gazett setting forth that the said Commissrs.
woud meet on the 21st. of Decr. then meet at five of the Clock in the
Afternoon at Guildhall London at which thing and place the aforesaid
the sd. Kinsey Tyrer< no role > was required to surrender himself and make
a full discovered disclosure of his Estate and Effects and to
finish his Examination, and these Informants farther say
that notwithstanding said Notices the sd. Bankrupt did not surrender
himself before the said Commissioners on the day and at the place
required of him by the Notice Published in the London Gazett aforesaid
that is today
