Mayor of the City of London and rest of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the Said City in their General
Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchers without
in the County of Middlesex.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands Seals of
Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City of London and the
Suburbs thereof (one being of the Quorum bearing date the Twenty Second
day of December last Mary Payne< no role > Wife of Edward Payne< no role > who is gone
from her was removed from the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
in the City of London to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchers without in
the County of Middlesex as the Place of her last legal Settlement
Whereby your Petitioner conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against the
said Warrant or Order and humbly Pray such relief
in the Premises as to your Lordship and this Honb
Court Shall seem meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pay Etc.
