The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth
in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of
Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . and Sir Charles Argill< no role > Knt . and Bart Aldermen of the City
of London and Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City and the
Liberties thereof (One being of Quorum) bearing date the Twenty fourth Day
of March last past Richard Mittens< no role > was removed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Mary Abchurch London to the said Parish of Saint Mary at Lambeth as
the place of his last Legal Settlement

Your Petitioners concerning themselves to be aggrieved by
the said Order or Pass Warrant humbly appeal to this
Honourable Court against the same and pray Relief
in the premisses.
