The Humble Petition & Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of Parish of Christ Church
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Pass Warrants or order under
the Hands and Seals of William Bridgen< no role > Esqr . late Lord
Mayor and Sir Francis Gosling< no role > Esqr Knt. two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the City of London one being of the
Quorum bearing date the 5th. day of November 1764
Abraham Vandome< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. & Susanna< no role > his Wife &James
Collins< no role > her Son and his Apprentice were removed from and
out of the parish of Saint Stephen Coleman Street London to
the said Parish of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex
as the place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
agrieved by the warrant or order of
the saw two Justices of the peace Do therefore
humbly Appeal to this Court against the
same praying such relief in the premisses
as to this Court shall seem meet.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
