Take Notice that the Court of Sessions of the peace
for the City of London
to be holden at the Guildhall
thereof will
be moved on Tuesday next being the fifth day of June
Instant to obtain an Order to putt off my Trial on an
Indictment preferred against me by you for a Nuisance
(and to which Indictment I have Pleaded not Guilty)
until the next Sessions holden at the same place on Account
of the Absence of

who is a very Material Witness for me in my defence of the
said Indictment and without whose Testimony I cannot
safely proceed to the Tryal thereof and who is now very ill
of a Fever and unable to attend to give his Testimony in
my behalf and that my Recognizance may be respited
till the then next ensuing Sessions on Account
thereof Dated the 1st. day of June 1764
