his Wife at the Quarter Sessions of the
Peace for the City of London
held at the Guildhall
of the same City in
September One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty three by the Name

Deponent Saith that the Said John Presstley< no role >
departed this Life
on the
Thirteenth day of January last And was Buried on the Eighteenth day
of the said Month of said January in the Church Yard of and belonging
to the Parish Church of Christ Church Southwark
in the County of Surry
All which this Deponent is able with Certainty to Depose As this
Deponent did see the said Defendants Corpse before Burial and did
also Attend the funeral and Interment thereof
