Mayor of the City of London and the rest of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said City in their General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Sir William Stephenson< no role >
Knight and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esquire two of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said City (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 12th. day of December
last John Dunn< no role > was Removed and Conveyed from
the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the sd.
City of the said parish of St. Giles in the Fields as the
place of his last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved by the said Order or Pass Warrt.
of the said two Justices of the peace Appeal
to this Court against the same and humbly
Pray that Your Worships will be pleased
to Appoint a day in this present Session
for the hearing & Determining of the said
Appeal

And Your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc
