would not buy it of anybody but him only, for that he had
dealt some Years with him, and that Williams returned
in about half an Hour and informed him he had sold it
for three & twenty Guineas and gave this Informant
eleven Guineas and an half for his Share.

This Informant further Saith that the said Williams
and himself together with William Morgan< no role > (who is since
transported) set out from this Informant's House in
Pauls Alley one Night about three weeks or a month afterwards
and coming to a back Wall belonging to his Grace the Duke of
Devonshire in Piccadilly , Williams said he would get
over that Wall but this Informant said he would not for
that there was nothing but a great Park, upon which
Morgan said Stay here while we get over"; that they then
went to a Building near the Place and getting a Ladder
Williams and Morgan went over the Wall, and this
Informant Saith that he stayed for them near an Hour,
and they not coming in that Time this Informant went
home and went to bed, and that they came in the
Morning with a great Quantity of Shirts & other Linen
they then went to Sleep & after they had slept some Time
this Informant and the said Williams & Morgan
carried the Things off and went to a Publick House
where Williams left this Informant and the said
Morgan and Williams went to the Man he deals with
and returned in about an Hour, and brought a Guinea
with him telling them the Man was gone out of Town
and that he get that of his Daughter, which they
shared between them but never received any more of him
upon that Account.

And this Informant further saith that Morgan
Williams and himself set out about twelve o'Clock Night
about three Months agoWilliams told them he knew
