I do hereby require you to Name two or more able Workmen on or
before Thursday next the Twelfth Instant who together with the Workman named by
me may view and Examine if the Party Wall between the two Houses in Lombard
Street London one whereof is in my Occupation and the other now is or late was in
Your. Occupation is not defective and ruinous and ought to be pulled down and
rebuilt according to the Directions of the Acts of Parliament relating to Party Walls
within the City of London Dated this Tenth Day May 1763
