To His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the City of
London

We whose Names are hereunder written having this Day in Pursuance of the
Directions in the Acts of Parliament relating to Party Walls within the City of London and
Liberties thereof Viewed and Examined the Party Wall between the two Houses in
Lombard street [..] Parish of Saint Mary Woolnott within the said City one Whereof
is now in the Occupation of James Waugh< no role > Stationer and the other was late in the
Occupation of Mary Attleborough< no role > Widow but is now Empty do hereby certify to your
Worships that the said Party Wall is defective and ruinous and ought to be
Pulled down immediately being very dangerous As Witness our Stands this
Fourteenth Day of May 1763
