for the said City in their Generall Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Alban's
Woodstreet in the City of London.

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of the Right Honourable Sir Mathew Blakison< no role > Knight
Lord Mayor of the City of London and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esquire
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City of
London (One being of the Quorum) bearing date the Ninth Day
of February Instant Jane Barnes< no role > Widow of Thomas Barnes< no role >
and her two Children John< no role > Aged four Years and Charles< no role > Aged
ten Weeks were removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldgate
in the said City of London to the said Parish of Saint Alban's
in Woodstreet as their legall Settlement

That Your Petitioners humbly thinking
themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of
the said two Justices Appeal to this Honourable
Court against the said Order And pray
That you will be pleased to determine the
same and make such Order thereon as to
this Honourable court shall seem meet.
