Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Peter le Poor in Broad Street London

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of
your Lordship and

(one of whom is of the Quorum) bearing date the fifth day
of December One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty one

deceased
and their
Child

aged five Years were removed from the Parish
of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London to the said Parish,
of Saint Peter le Poor
in Broad Street
London as the Place of
their last legal Settlement by which Order your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved
Your Petrs. therefore humbly appeal to this Honble
Court and pray that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London and all Parties concerned may attend
the said Court some day in this present Session to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal And that your Petrs. may
have such Relief in the Premisses as to the said Court shall
seem meet.
