in this Cause maketh Oath and Saith That Anne< no role >
the Wife of Richard Wood< no role > of Fore-Street in the
Parish of Cripplegate Without Watchmaker , is,
as this Deponent is advised and believes, a material
Witness for this Deponent in this Cause, and
that this Deponent cannot Safely proceed to
the Trial of this Cause without the Testimony of
the sd. Anne Wood< no role > who is not at present able to
attend this Court because She was on Thursday
last delivered of a Child and brought to Bed and
that She now keeps her Bed on that Occasion.
