Middlesex Linner Draper a Crediter of the above Defendant Solomon
Jacob
< no role > late of New Court Dukes Place London Linnen Draper lately
Discharged by the Compulsive Clause of the Laft Act of Insolvency
Maketh Oath and Saith that Lazarus Woolf< no role > of White Chapple
London Linnen Draper is a Material Witness for this Deponent in
the above Prosecution (and Without whose Testimony he is Incapable
of Finding a Bill of Indictment against the said Defendant
Solomon Jacobs< no role > for the above Fraud (is now in Holland and hath so
been for Nine Weeks, but will Return very soon as this Deponent
is Informed and verily believes to be True) And this Deponent
further Saith he hopes and verily Relieves he shall be Able to
Produce the Said Lazarus Woolf< no role > to Give Evidence before the Grand
Jury at thereon Sessions And that he this Deponent will Me this
Utmost Endeavours for that Purpose to prosecute the sd. Indictmt.
