To the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor and the rest of his Majestys
Justice of the Peace for the City of London and the Libertys thereof in
their General Quarters Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petiton and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London and [..] Libertys thereof
(one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Ninth day of May One thousand
seven hundred and sixty one Mary Feild< no role > Wife of William Feild< no role > was removed
from the Parish of Saint Martin Outwich London to the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Bishopsgate London aforesaid adjudging the last legal Settlement of the
said William Field< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife to be there And Your Petioners conceiving
themselves agrieved by the said Order and Judgement of the said two Justices
Do humbly appeal thereform and pray such Releif in the Premisses as to
Your Lordship and Worship shall seem meet and Convenient.

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
