Proofes to be Made for the Defendant Hale

To Prove that there was not any Ill Treatment Given to Latter at the
Time of Taking him, any Gentle and Common [..] Secure him.

Qo. proving the Record of Latters Conviction at the old Bailey in Sess 1738.
And to Prove the Identity of Latter Person to Call Mr
Wallis the Prosecutor of the Indictment against Latter
for Felony Etc.

Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the City of London at the Guildhall
thereof, on Monday the Seventh day of this Instant July at Two of the Clerk
in the Forenoon of the same day, and will then and there (or as Soon after
as Councel can be heard) Try any Traverses on the Indictment by you Prefered
agt.Matterand others for Riotously Assembling together, and making an Assault
upon and Imprisoning You for the Space of Twenty house and more:
