Oath saith that on the 10th. inst here having some
words passed between the deced and Daniel [..] Bristow< no role >
in the shop they both came into the Yard Dept
saw the deced throw some Water out of a Bucket
at [..] Bristow that Bristow thereupon struck the
deced a violent Bras upon the Head with his Fist,
then the deced having the Buck attin his hard
slang it and struck Bristow with it upon his
Head: that Dept. with drew & saw nothing more

on his oath saith that on the 10th. inst. that there
having been some words passed between the deced
& Depts. Bror. concerning a Pet of Bur, and [..]
decedthat presently afterwards as the deced
was pouring some water out of a Buckett into
a Pott to heat for [..] Houses the sd. Danl.
Bristow put his hand into the Water and
threw some of the water into the deced's fare
and the said Deniel [..] Bristow< no role > at the same time
kicked the Deced struck the deced with his
Fist in the fard; that the [..] deced then threw the
water [..] upon the sd. Danl. Bristow< no role > & his sd. Bristow
upon the Head with the Pale; then sd. Bristow
struck the deced anor. Blow upon his Head near
the Rightly; that Dept. then took held of his
Bror. & should him, desired him to be quickly [..]
him if he intended to hill the [..] says that
deced was about the yard & appeared in his business
as before for an Hour afterwards or more
