Bishop
< no role > on his Oath saith that on the 10th. inst he
saw the deced strike Bristol upon the Head with
a Buckett, who asked the deced what he mean't
by it, andBristolBristow thereupon struck the deced
two Blows upon the Head with his Fist with
such force that the deced fell with he Head against
the edge of the Five of a Coach Wheel says he
was not at the Beginning of the Quarrel & saw
nothing more of the an Hour or more afterwards
but cannot say whether did any work afterwards
or not.

Bristow [..] strike the deced with his Fist some
where about the head with such force that the
deced full with this Head agt. the Hinder wheels
of a Coach, that then Henry Bristow< no role > advanced
and struck his Barr. ashing him it he had & mind
to manner the deced say's he was not present at
the beginning & saw on at kingsmore

Harry Henry Season< no role > anor. servt . of the sd. Thos. Bishop< no role > on
is Oath saith at on the 10th inst he saw Bristow
strike the deced with his Fist [..] on the Head
with such fare [..] that the deced fill with his
[..] says Bristow gave the
deced two violent blows one with his head Right
hand & the other with his left on the Right side of
his head near the rightly [..] with such force
as to throw the deced upon the Ground. Says he
saw Henry Bristow< no role > Strike his Bror. & ash him if
he intended to hill the man, meaning the deced
that the deced afterwards warshed himself at the
Listran [..] when Dept. asked him if he was hurt
his hand that Bristow had Struck him
with a shoe meaning as Dept believes an Hares
Shoe
