Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Order under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said City (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 16th. Day of June last past

deced
was Removed from the Parish of Saint Christopher
le Stocks
in the said City of London
to the said Parish
of St Stephen Walbrook
as the last legal Place
of her Settlement By which Your Petitioners
Humbly conceive themselves aggrieved & Appeal
to this Court against the said Pass Order.
Your Petrs. therefore Pray that
Your Worships will be pleased to
Hear & determine the Matters
touching this Appeal, and give
them such Relief in the Premes
as to Your Worships Shall Seem
just & Meet,
And yr Petrs shall
ever Pray Etc.
