Peace for said City in their General
Session of the Peace at Guild Hall in
& for the said City Assembled

The humble Petition & appeal of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron hill Hatton
Garden & Ely Rents in the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands & Seals
of the sd. Lord Mayor & Slingsby Bethell< no role > Esquires two of his Ma-
-jestys Justices of the peace for the sd. City & the Libertys thereof
(one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 15 Day of November
1756 Mary Everett< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate London to the sd. Parish of
St. Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex as the Place of
her last Legal Setlement of the Said Mary Everett< no role > whereby
Your Petitioner thinks themselves aggrieved

Therefore they Humbly appeal to this Honourable
Court and Pray that the said Court will be Pleased to Order
the Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the sd. Parish
of saint Giles without Cripplegate London and all
Persons concerned to attend this Court some Day in the
next ensuing Session of the Peace to be holden in & for
the said City of London to hear and abide the Judgement
& Determination of this Court touching the sd appeal
and that the Benefit of hearing the sd. appeal may be in the [..]
mean time Stayed to Your Petitioners

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
