At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the KIng holden in and for the City of London at Guild Hall
in the said City on Monday the twenty fourth day of October in
the thirty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London have Notice of this appeal and that
they and all persons concerned do attend this Court
to hear and abide
the Judgment and determination of the same Court touching the
said Appeal
