Deponent did on Thursday the Eighth day of November Instant before Nine of the
Clock in the Evening Serve Mr. Francis Salt< no role > who acts as Sollicitor for the present or in
the above Cause with a Notice in Writing Purporting that George Long< no role > of Fleet Lane
Victualer , Thomas Ashworth< no role > of Clerkenwell Close Victualer , James Moss< no role > of Francis
Court near Saint Johns Gate Wheelwright John Pollard< no role > of Dougale hill Taylor
John Allen< no role > of Castle Street Fleetmarket Silversmith , John Long< no role > of Bell Alley
Coleman street Taylor andHurford of Saint Johns Street , Grocer
would Appear this day at four of the Clock in the Afternoon at the Sessions
house in the Old Bailey and Some four of them would become Bail for the above
Defendants for their Personal Appearance at the next Sessions of Gaol Delivery
of Newgate to be held at Justice hall in the Old Bailey by Delivering the Same
to a Gentlewoman at the said Mr. Salts house in Lothbury who told this Deponent
that she would Deliver the said Notice to the said Mr. Salt as soon as he Came
home, and that it was as Safe as if he this Deponent had Delivered the Same
to the said Mr. Salt himself or words to that Effect
