Mathias Beech< no role > lodging with the Widow Denew
in Great Songs Yard Whitech apple Road Middex
Plaister maketh oath & saith that some
disputes arising Yesterday between the deced &
Thomas Powell< no role > about paying for a Pet of Hot the
deced gave Powell a great deal of bad language
on which Powell told the deced the sit he did not
hold his tongue to would neat the deced: says that
the deced stripped himself & challenged Powell
to fight: that the deced & Powell went into the
yard & faught, but Powell did not stripp till
after he had been worsted by the deced: that after
Powell had stripped they taught again draw
Blover passed between them, and then
Powell beat the deced dawn by a Blow in his
left lyed the diced never spoke after

East cheep maketh Oath & saith that sevl. disputes
arising Yesterday about paying for a Pet of [..]
between Thomas Powell< no role > & the deced, Powell told
the deced how as quarrelsome follow on which
the deced swore at Powell & treated him with four
language & sayd he would leck Powell, that Powell
sayd he throught it was not worth his while to fight
with the deced, but Dept. saw nothing of the
battle she having been soon after & inton an May
by her Mistress.
