Know all Men by these Presents That I Ann Berresford< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Mary as Hill in
the Ward of Billingsgate to London Widow
have Remised Released, and for ever quitt claimed, and these presents
do Remise Release, and for ever quitt claim unto Thomas Moore< no role >
late of London Labourer and Mary Paterson< no role > late of
London Widow their and either of their
Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings.Obligatory Debts Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money, Judgements, Executions, Extents Quarrells, Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise however which against the said Thomas Moore< no role > and
Mary Paterson< no role > or either of them for an assault or
otherwise, I
ever and which I myHeirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demands for or by reason or means of any Matters Cause or Thing
Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
presents In Witness whereof Ihave hereunto sett my Hand and Seals
the Nineteenth Day of February in the thirtieth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second [..]
