For wilfull and Corrups Perjury Committed by
them upon the Tryal of John Boswell< no role > who
was Convicted last January Sessions at
the Old Bailey for Robbing Frederic
Leonard,
< no role > and since Executed for the same

James Fitez Simons< no role > of Guildhall London
Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith, That for about a
fortnight past, and likewise on Saturday the first of this
Instant May, he made Enquiry at the last place of abode
of Frederic Leonard< no role > , at Messrs. Rose and Bulls Sugar Bakers
in Woodstreet London , with whom the said Frederic Leonard< no role >
had lived, after the said Frederic Leonard< no role > in order to Serve him
with a Subpoena to give Evidence upon the Trial of the
Defendants at this Sessions And this Deponent was there
informed that the sd. Frederic Leonard< no role > was gone into parts
beyond the Seas , and could not leam when the said Frederick
Leonard designs to return to England, And this Deponont
further Saith That the said Frederic Leonard< no role > is a very
material Witness for the Crow in the Cause against themthe
the sd. Jane Trueman< no role > and Ann Prettyman< no role > And without
whare Testimony the Prosecutors cannot safety proceed to Tryal
in the above Cause. as this Deponent is Informed and verily
Believes.
