Wilson & arrowsmith to defraud
this Informant & his sd. Father
because this Informant saith
that he has in his Custody a
note purporting to have been
drawn by this Informant & his
Father by the names of T. & W.
Giffiths & to be dated the 26th.
Octr. 1754 According to the Tenour
of wch. they were to be accountable
to him for £1000. of Demand
& wch sd.butnote is also forged
& counterfeit Altho. the Same was
also published by the sd. Arrowsmith as
their real note And lastly the sd.
Lord Chedworthsaithhaving read
the above Informacon of the sd.

much thereof as relates to the
Sd. Arrowsmiths being cautioned
