Take Notice that I will appear at the next General Session of
Oyer and Terminer to be held for the City of London at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey within the Suburbs of the said City on Wednesday
the 22d. day of this Instant October and then and there or so soon
after as I can be admitted try my Traverse upon the Indictment
preferred by you against me in the above Cause dated the 17th.
