taken before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the City of London
as the
Guildhall
of the said City
Who on his Oath Saith that on Saturday Night last about
tenn o Clock one John Hussey< no role >
another Waiter
acquainting
him of Some disturbance above Stairs where he had lost
the Oyster woman with three Gentlemen he got a Ladder &
put to the Window of the said room and got up & looked in
to the room & there he Saw one Mr Mc Daniel wipeing his privitys
with a handkercheif as also Mr Tooker with his shire both of them had there
britches down near the Table which was in the Middle of the
wound & that he See one Mr Atkinson come be from
behind the Screen where there was a Chamber pot in a
Corner with his Britches down that then he came down
from the Ladder on which he heard the oyster woman
whose NameWhose Name is Diana Pustree< no role >
cry out as in
a Great Freight & desired to have the Fellows secured for
they had all Such ably lain with her against her Will
