apprehended in the Parish of St. Martin Ironmonger Lane
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring and begging
and upon Examination of the said
James Banks< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said
James Banks< no role >
is in the Said Parish of Slakeburn
These are therefore to require You and said Constable
to convey the said James Banks< no role >
to the parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldersgate
in the County of Middlesex
that being the first parish in the next Precinct, thro' which
he ought to pass, in the direct way to the said parish
of Slakeburn
to which he is to be sent, and
to deliver him to the Constable or other Officer, or such first
parish in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said James Banks< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said James Banks< no role >
is to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said Parish of Slakeburn
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, of
Overseer of the Poor
, there to be provided for according to Law.
And You the said Church-warden, Chapel-wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor, are hereby required to receive the said James Banks< no role >
and provide for him
