The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Michael
at Queenhith London

Sheweth

That by an Order or pass Warrant bearing date the 7th. day of April
1752 and being under the hands and Seals of The Right Honourable
Thomas Winterbottom< no role > Esqr . Late Lord Mayor of the City of London , and
the Right Honourable Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr . the present Lord Mayor of the
said City then being two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said
City (one whereof then being of the Quorum) Susanna Shelley< no role > aged about
thirteen years was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
St. Michael in Cornhill London into the said parish of St. Michael
at Queenhith

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves Aggrieved by the said
Warrant or Order of the said two Justices Humbly Appeal to
this Court against the same and prays such Relief in the
Premisses as your Worships shall seem meet
