as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring and begging
and upon Examination of the Said

taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the Said John
Worlex is in the said parish of Fawnham

These are therefore to require You the said Constable
to convey the said

to the Parish of Saint Mary Matfollen
in the County of Middlesex
that being the first Parish in the next Precinet, thro' which
he ought to pass, in the direct way to the said parish
of Fawnham All Saints
to which he is to be sent, and
to deliver him to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
parish in such next Precinft, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said

taking his Receipt for the same. And the said

is to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said Parish of Fawnham All Saints
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chappel-warden, or
Overseer of the Poor

the Poor, are hereby required to receive the Said
