in the City of London , and also
to all Constables, and other Officers
whom it may concern, to receive
and convey. And to the Church-
wardens, Chapel-wardens, or Over-
seers of the Poor, of the parish of
Lunee
in the Co unty of Cornwall
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS John Barker< no role > was

apprehended in the Parish of Saint Swithin
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandring and begging

and upon Examination of the said John Barker< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said John
Barker is in the said parish of Lunee in
the said County of Cornwall
These are therefore to require You the said Constable
to convey the said John Barker< no role >

to the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County
ofCornwall Middlesex
that being the first parish in the next Precinct, thro' which
he ought to pass, in the direct way to the said parish
of Lunee to which he is to be sent, and
to deliver him to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
parish in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said John Barker< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said John Barker< no role > is
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said Parish of Lunee
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or
Overseer of the Poor , there to be provided for according to Law.
And You the said Church-warden, Chapel-wardens, and Overseers of
the Poor are hereby required to receive the said John Barker< no role >
and provide for him
as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this 14th
Day of November in the Year of our Lord 175 1 .
