Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent did
on this Second Day of March Instant receive the Letter hereunto
annexed (Signed W: B and directed to Mr. Tyrrell) from the Hands
of Mr: William Tyrrell< no role > of the Inner Temple Lane London Attorney

Clerk to Mr: William Breekland< no role > of New Windsor in the County of
Berks (who's now under Sheriff for the said County) Also saith that
he's very well acquainted with the Hand Writing of the Said Mr. Breekland
[..] verily beleves the hereunto annexed Letter to be the Hand writing
of the said Mr: Breekland and that the Contents of it [..] are true
