Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass warrant under
the Hands & Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the said City of London
& Libertys thereof
(One being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Twelfth
Day of May 1749

aforesaid Adjudging the Last Legal
Settlement of the sd

to be there, And your Petitioners Conceiving
themselves agrieved by the said Order & Judgment
of the said two Justices Do Humbly Appeal therefrom
and Humbly pray such Relief in the Premisses
as to your Lordship and Worships shall seem meet
and Convenient
And your Petitioners Shall ever
pray Etc.
