Rest of the Worshipfull Justices of the Peace for the
said City In general Quarter Sessions Assembled,

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan in ye
West In the City aforesaid

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under ye hands and Seals of
your Lordship and Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said City one being of the Quorum
bearing Date 31st Day of Augt. last past Ann Price< no role > Singlewoman
was removed from the Parish of St: Botolph Bishopsgate London
to the said Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West in the sd
City of London as the place of her last Legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners Apprehending themselves
aggreived by the said Removal humbly
Appeal to your Lordship and this Court for
such Releif In the Premes as to your Lordship
shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
