Crown on the Tryal of this Cause And that he this Deponent
hath been this Morning to seek for the said Girling and
Sunderland in Order to Conduct that this Court to give
their Testimony on the Tryal of this Indictment but this
Depont is credibly informed and believe it to be true that
the said Girling is gone to Woolnoth
and said
Sunderland is not come from Greenwich
and therefore
