Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ethelburga London

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the twenty third Day of December last
past Rachael Jennings< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish
of Saint Botolph Aldgate London to the said Parish of Saint Ethelburga
London as the Place of her last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the Judgment of the said two Justices appeal
to your Lordship and Worships against the said
Order and humbly desire such Relief in the
Premisses as to your Lordship and Worships shall
seem meet.

And your Petitioners (as in Duty bound) shall ever pray Etc
