having been convicted, at the Old Bailey
for
Felonys and other Crimes; And they having
been recommended to the King, as fit Objects
of His Mercy on condition of Transportation,
His Majesty is graciously pleased to
extend His Royal Mercy to the said
Richard Horton,< no role >
William Joyce< no role >
, Hester Fowler< no role >
,
Hugh Connor,< no role >
and Patrick Cave< no role >
, upon the said condition
of Transportation; and I am commanded by His
Majesty to Signify the same to You, that you
may give the necessary Orders for the Transportation
of all the abovementioned Persons to some of His
Majesty's Colonys, or Plantations in America
for
the Term of Fourteen Years, (except Richard
Horton, who is to be transported during the
Term of his natural Life) pursuant to the Act
of Parliament in that behalf. I am,
