Brethren in there General Quarter Session Assembled

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew
Holbourn in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrt. under the hands &
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in & for the
said City of London (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Sixth day of June 1745. one John Housley< no role > the younger of
a Lunatick of the age of twenty eight Years was
Removed from and out of the Parish of Saint
Alphage in London into the said Parish of
Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middlesex as the
Place of his last legal Settlement.

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant & Judgmt.
of the said two Justices humbly Appeal
against the same and pray such
Relief in the Premisses as to this Court
shall seem just

And Yor. Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
