The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Mary At Hill London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of the Right Honble Sr Henry Marshall< no role > Knt Lord
May and George Arnold< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the City of London (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 17th. day of September 1745 Anne Hargrove< no role > Widow
of Richard Hargrove< no role > deced and their child Sarah < no role > aged
seven years, were removed from the parish of St Dunstans
in the West London, to the parish of St. Mary At Hill
London as the place of their last legal settlement

Your Petitioners humbly conceiveig
themselves aggrieved by the Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices Appeal to
this Court for relief against the same
