Take Notice that at the Adjourned Day of this Present Generall Session
of the Peace for the City of London Appointed to be holden at the Guild hall
with in the said City on Thursday the 13th: Day of June next we intend to
Move the Court that the Tryall of this Cause may then come on, on
Account of the Defendant Mr. Schwartz's being a Forreigner and under
a Necessity of immediately Returning home to Riga in Russia and the
Defendant Mr. Dolloway being an Inhabitant of Birmingham in the
County of Warwick and under the like Necessity of returning home
