Street London Warehouseman the Prosecutor of this
Indictment Maketh Oath and Saith That one Edward
Coney another Servant to the said Stanley Goddard is the
only Material Witness Against the said Samuel
Birch upon the Tryall of this Indictment And this
Deponent further saith That the said Edward
Coney hath this Morning Withdrawn himself and
Absconded So that the said Stanley Goddard cannot
have the Benefitt of his Testimony as a Witness
At the Tryall of this Indictment At this Sessions
And ye Depont. further Saith That he believes his
said Master will be Able to produce the said
Edward Coney< no role > to give Evidence upon the Tryall
of this Indictment Against the sd. Samuel Birch< no role >
At the next Sessions of Goal Delivery to be holden
for the sd. City of London
