Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesties Justices of the Peace for this City and the
Liberties thereof one being of the Quorum by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Botolph
withou Bishopsgate London That
William Harvey< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and their three Children John < no role >
aged Twelve Years, Mary < no role > aged Ten Years, and Sarah< no role > aged two
Years are
lately come to reside in your said Parish not having obtaind any
Legal Settlement there and arelikely to become chargeable
thereto unless timely prevented Which Complaint We judge to
be true and for as much as it appears unto Us by the Oath of
the said William Harvey< no role > that the served two Years of his
Apprenticeship with Richard Kempin< no role > the Parish of
St.George in Southwark in the County of Surry
And no other subsequent Settlement appearing unto Us We the
said Justices are of opinion and do Adjudge the [..]
Settlement of the said William Harvey< no role > Mary his Wife
and their said three Children
to be in the said Parish of St. George in Southwark
And that thitherto they ought by Law
to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties Name to Will and
Require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Botolph without Bishopsgate
London forthwith to Remove and Convey the said
William Harvey< no role > with Mary< no role > his Wife and their three Children aforesd.
from and out of your said Parish unto the said Parish of
St. George in Southwark
And them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or one of them Who is and are hereby required
to Receive and Provide for them according to Law Given
under our hands and seals this 10thday of March
one Thousand Seven hundred and Forty three
