Esquire for Perjury

Barnaby Carroll< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause maketh
oath that John Jones< no role > of Brook Street in the parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlsex Gent .
is a very material witness for this Prosecutor in the
tryal of this Cause and that he cannot without the
testimony of the sd. John Jones< no role > (as he is advised & believes)
with safety proceed to the tryal of this Cause and saith
that he did the day before yesterday apply to & request the sd. John
Jones to attendthis day [..] yesterday as a witness on the said Tryal
at Justice Hall in the old Baily London And that the
said John James< no role > wasisso sick or Afflicted with the Gent
is several parts of his Body & Limbs that he Could notCannot
without Great Danger of his life Attend the said Tryal
yesterday or this Day as he [..] declared to this
Depont. who verily believes the same to be true and
also believes that the sd. John Jones< no role > will be able
to attend (as he promised) the tryal of this Cause
in the sd. Hall for the City of London .
